Rosie is my first retirement project, and took 18 months to build. She is a Penny Fee ( designed by Iain Oughtred) with both sailing and rowing in mind. Her hull is marine ply while her thwarts, spars, oars and floorboards Oregon. The stern seat and side seats are mahogany, with the wood coming from a sacrificed dining room table
