We are the 3rd owners of Lounic, and purchased her in 2006. She is very enjoyable to sail, well balanced and stable in strong winds, also enjoyable to sail single handed.
She is used as a family boat, is very comfortable and safe for a young family. The boat is used mainly in Paynesville, Port Phillip Bay and Westernport Bay.
Design says it can sleep 2 but I have not tried this yet.
The cabin is great to store items and camping gear. Have sailed to Bunga arm and camped for a week with 2 adults and 2 children.
Fitted with a 5 HP outboard. Easy to rig, launch and tow.
Our Hartley 14 is a pleasure use.
